If your expierencing any screen resize, movement, video choppyness or overall display refresh lag, the issue is with the Nvidia driver.
Fix by running:
nvidia-settings -a InitialPixmapPlacement=0

Do you have the nvidia rpmfusion driver? or Bumblebee? With Bumblebee setting is not required.
